About the Role

Manufacturing equipment operator responsible for performing all production activities, including running production equipment and providing production support. This role involves melting and casting molten metal, machining cast iron liners, and requires a wide degree of skill and above-average job knowledge due to the variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Setup, operate, and maintain tooling for the Casting Line Equipment
• Setup, operate, and maintain tooling for the Cutoff Machines
• Setup, operate, and maintain Automatic Loaders
• Setup, operate, and maintain tooling for the Automated CNC line
• Setup, operate, and maintain machining line equipment
• Perform production support activities, including:
  • Production reporting
  • Inspection
  • Packaging
  • Shipping
  • Material handling
• Assist in Preventive Maintenance
• Adhere to and participate in all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervision

• Metric hand gaging

Accuracy Requirements

Must know and meet all accuracy requirements for the product by using the proper tooling and gaging.
