Probe Production Specialist - Front Days

Job Description

A Probe Production Specialist is an entry level position that operates various highly complex equipment, in a cleanroom environment needed for Wafer Testing. A Probe Production Specialist works a Compressed Work Week (CWW) meaning they work 12 hour shifts for half of the week. Runs, monitors, setup, and trouble shoot various toolsets. Runs, monitors, and setup parametric test equipment. Runs a variety of support equipment. Supports various groups and departments to achieve a variety of goals. Communicates in a variety of ways to a variety of entities.

• Ability to multi-task while paying careful attention to detail
• Prior success working both individually and in a team environment
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal direction
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow detailed work specifications
• Excellent listening skills
• Adaptability to frequent change and improvements
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential
• Ability to wear the required Protective Equipment
• Basic computer, math and reading comprehension skills
• You must be 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills
