We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings: About the role (maybe Overview), Responsibilities, Requirements (Qualifications), Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We have: - Opening/Closing dates: metadata, can be short p. - Salary: monthly and annual given. So Pay section with that. - Job Type Full-Time: could be Schedule? Actually schedule maybe not given. Full-Time indicates schedule but not specific hours. Might include Schedule section? The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. It states Job Type Full-Time, but not schedule details like shift. Could we treat Full-Time as schedule? Probably yes, but it's vague. Might still include Schedule with "Full-Time". However they said avoid filler like "not specified". Full-Time is specified. So we can include Schedule: Full-Time. - Benefits: not mentioned. No benefits details. So omit Benefits section. - About the role: we have Overview paragraph. Could be About the role. - Responsibilities: we have Responsibilities paragraph with duties. - Requirements: Qualifications section includes education/experience, special qualifications, etc. - Skills: we have Competencies (KSA's) and Skills list. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include details like salary ranges, opening/closing dates, location, department, etc. Also need to include special qualifications list as items. We must not repeat job title as heading. Not include Job ID/requisition numbers. We must remove boilerplate like EEO etc. Not present. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's structure:

    Opening Date/Time: 09/22/2026 12:00AM Central Time; Closing Date/Time: 10/05/2026 11:59PM Central Time.

Location: Memphis, TN; Department: Correction; Position located in Department of Correction, Shelby County.

    Then sections:

    About the role

    Overview text...

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities paragraph...

Maybe we need to break responsibilities into list? The paragraph includes duties; we could keep as

    . But instruction: Use

    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. If we keep as paragraph, it's okay if not a list. But we could split into list items for clarity but must preserve all info. Safer to keep as

      because not explicitly a list.

      Requirements

We have qualifications: Education and Experience, substitution rules, Necessary Special Qualifications (a list). We could output as

      for education/experience paragraphs, then

      • for special qualifications. We need to preserve all details: graduation from accredited college/university with bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional level experience in probation/parole, counseling, social work, investigative, or legal experience. Substitution of Experience for Education: full-time relevant professional experience, to include law enforcement experience, may be substituted for the bachelor's degree requirement on a year-for-year basis. Substitution of Graduate Course Work for Experience: graduate course credit ... may substitute for required experience to a maximum of one year (e.g., an additional 36 graduate quarter hours ...). Substitution of Experience for Education (duplicate) but we can keep once. Necessary Special Qualifications: list items. We'll output:

Education and Experience: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to one year of full-time professional level experience in one or more of the following: probation/parole, counseling, social work, investigative, or legal experience.

Substitution of Experience for Education: Full-time relevant professional experience, to include law enforcement experience, may be substituted for the bachelor's degree requirement on a year-for-year basis.

Substitution of Graduate Course Work for Experience: Graduate course credit received from an accredited college or university in social science, behavioral science, criminal justice, criminology, social work and/or law may be substitute for the required experience to a maximum of one year (e.g., an additional 36 graduate quarter hours in one or a combination of the above listed fields may substitute for one year of the required experience).

        Necessary Special Qualifications

but we only allowed h3 for section headings. Could we use or just

with bold? Probably better to keep as

with bold lead-in. But we could also treat as a subsection heading using

? But that would be another section heading; maybe okay but they said use h3 for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). They didn't forbid other headings, but to be safe we can just use

with bold. We'll output special qualifications as

        • each. Then Skills section: we have Competencies (KSA's) list and Skills list and Tools & Equipment. We could combine into
          • . But we need to preserve all. We'll output as

            for competencies paragraph then

            • for skills list and tools. Better:

              Skills

Competencies (KSA's): Plans and Aligns, Communicates Effectively, Resourcefulness, Demonstrates Self-Awareness, Collaborates.

Knowledges: Administration and Management, Clerical, Customer and Personal Service, Law and Government, Public Safety and Security.

Skills: Complex Problem Solving, Active Learning and Listening, Critical Thinking, Learning Strategies, Monitoring, Abilities, Deductive Reasoning, Auditory Attention, Speech Recognition, Speech Clarity, Problem Sensitivity.

Tools & Equipment: Personal Computer, Telephone, Fax Machine, Printer, Motor Vehicles.

But we need to preserve line breaks? It's fine. Pay section:

              Pay

              Salary (Monthly): $4,057.00 - $5,078.00; Salary (Annually): $48,684.00 - $60,936.00.

              Schedule section:

              Schedule

              Job Type: Full-Time.

We should not include Benefits. Now ensure we don't repeat any boilerplate. Also we need to include location/department info maybe in a short p before sections. Let's craft final HTML. Check for any duplicated lines: we have substitution of Experience for Education appears twice in original; we can include once. Make sure we preserve all substantive info: opening/closing dates, location, department, position location, criminal background check statement? That is a note: "This position requires a criminal background check. Therefore, you may be required to provide information about your criminal history in order to be considered for this position." That's substantive; we should include it maybe in a p after location. Also "All incumbents must successfully complete a one-year probationary performance period." from Overview? Actually appears after Overview? It's in the Overview paragraph? It says "All incumbents must successfully complete a one-year probationary performance period." We need to include that. Let's locate: In the Overview paragraph after description? Actually the text: "Overview The Probation/Parole Officer 2 is a skilled and knowledgeable community supervision professional within the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC), Division of Community Supervision. This role requires at least one year of relevant experience and serves within a Specialized Caseload Unit, working directly with a specialized population that requires heightened attention, tailored case management, and enhanced investigative skill." Then later: "All incumbents must successfully complete a one-year probationary performance period." That's separate sentence after Responsibilities? Actually appears after Responsibilities? Let's scroll: After Responsibilities paragraph, there is "All incumbents must successfully complete a one-year probationary performance period." So we need to include that. We'll add a p after Responsibilities maybe. Also "Competencies (KSA's)" etc. Let's compile. Final HTML:

              Opening Date/Time: 09/22/2026 12:00AM Central Time; Closing Date/Time: 10/05/2026 11:59PM Central Time.

Location: Memphis, TN; Department: Correction; Position located in Department of Correction, Shelby County.

This position requires a criminal background check; applicants may be required to provide criminal history information.
