Probate - Estate Planning Paralegal

About the role

Bixler Moore, LLC is hiring an experienced Probate / Estate Planning Paralegal to support families with probate estates, trust administration, estate planning, guardianships, and related elder law matters.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with attorneys, clients, courts, financial institutions, beneficiaries, and other team members to help move matters forward with accuracy, efficiency, and compassion.
• Support families through both lifetime planning and post-death administration.
• Be organized, detail-oriented, professional, and comfortable working with clients during major life transitions.

Requirements

• Probate and estate planning experience are strongly preferred, but we will consider candidates with strong law firm experience, excellent organizational skills, and a willingness to learn our systems.
