Experience with more complex planning matters is helpful, and a willingness to continue learning is valued. Estate Planning Experience: Experience drafting estate planning documents is important. Experience with sophisticated planning, including federally taxable estates, is a plus. Probate Experience: Experience managing probate matters, coordinating the process, and drafting pleadings is preferred. Candidates who have handled key parts of the probate process and are ready to grow into broader responsibility are encouraged to apply.
