Mystic Creek Golf Club, located in El Dorado, AR, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Pro Shop Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management. THIS SHIFT WILL REQUIRE WEEKDAY MORNING AVAILABILITY Key Responsibilities: Performs opening and closing procedures for the shopResponsible for accountability of all Member and Guest sales transactionsMake tee time reservationsAssist with rotating merchandise inventory and keeping displays clean and orderlyMay work with guest services and club management to facilitate starting times and play on the golf courseAssist as needed with member events and outside tournamentsContinually monitor, implement and adhere to all company goals, policies, procedures and controlsAssist with receiving merchandiseAssist with maintaining proper inventory counts and levelsPerform other duties as requested by the Head ProfessionalGo the extra mile to provide the standard of service guests expect Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED); and three months related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Regular and Reliable attendance and transportation Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Benefits & Other Compensation: This position includes eligibility for the following benefits, subject to applicable plan terms: Healthcare Benefits – Medical (if determined by the ACA measurement)Retirement Benefits – 401(k) with employer match (19 years of age and older) Eligibility for benefits and the specific terms, conditions, and offerings are governed by the applicable plan of documents and company policies, which may be amended at the Company’s discretion.
