About the role
The partner resources manager (PRM) is a strategic human resources business partner and advocate for the organization and our Green Apron partners. You ensure effective delivery of Partner Resources (HR) services to Starbucks partners across an aligned business unit, department, or region.
Responsibilities
- Navigate change and help others to do the same.
- Provide thoughtful consultation and make decisions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Act Courageously: Hold leaders accountable to standards and follow through on actions that improve partner and business outcomes.
- Proactively surface concerns, address barriers, and drive timely resolution.
- Use data and business insights to identify risks, focus effort, and accelerate progress in key metrics.
- Elevate coaching in market by spending time in stores giving clear feedback, and reinforcing expectations in real time.
- Drive the development of partners and people leaders through targeted coaching, learning and action plans, succession planning, retention strategies, and career development.
- Use store and people data to prioritize coaching focus areas and measure improvement over time.
- Partner with other Partner Resources Centers of Excellence and cross-functional teams to ensure organizational needs are met.
- Build and execute strategies, programs, and routines that strengthen accountability, improve leadership capability, and drive measurable progress in business and people metrics.
Requirements
- Six or more years of human resources generalist or specialist experience.
- Three or more years of consulting with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions.

- Ability to work independently and make confident decisions without all needed and necessary information.
- Experience leveraging existing resources to create new and improved processes and systems to support clients.

Pay
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
Schedule
Starbucks is onsite four (4) days a week.
