About the Role

PRN Physical Therapist working weekends, providing advanced patient care in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, develop and implement treatment plans, re-assess progress, and manage discharge planning in accordance with Physical Therapy standards.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Build collaborative relationships across disciplines.
• Ensure accountability for patient outcomes and documentation.
• Seek to improve patient experiences through feedback and process improvements.
• Pursue professional growth and stay current with best practices.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Valid Texas Physical Therapist license.
• At least one year of licensed Physical Therapist experience.
