About the role

Transitions Healthcare Autumn Grove is hiring PRN Therapists for Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) positions. Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat residents needing services.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment and education of treatment staff.
• Evaluate results of therapy.
• Complete discharge planning.

Requirements

• Occupational Therapist (OT), Physical Therapist (PT), Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), or Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in good standing.
