PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech‑Language Pathologist to join its dynamic, growing team. The Speech Therapist will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled‑nursing‑facility (SNF) setting, following individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Treat patients according to the established plan of care.
• Provide patient care appropriate for a SNF environment.
• Administer standardized speech and language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress.
• Monitor and document patients' progress throughout therapy.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to exchange patient condition information.

Qualifications

• Current licensure/certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience conducting swallowing evaluations.
• Proven ability to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other treatment team members.
