PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech‑Language Pathologist to join its dynamic, growing team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care following assessments.
• Treat patients in a skilled‑nursing‑facility (SNF) setting, providing care appropriate to that environment.
• Administer standardized speech and language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Monitor patients’ progress and adjust care as needed.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to gather and exchange condition information.

Qualifications

• Current licensure/certification as a Speech‑Language Pathologist.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Experience administering standardized speech/language assessments.
• Experience conducting swallowing evaluations.
• Proven ability to develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress.
