PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)

About the role

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic, growing team. As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting, following individualized plans of care.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care.
• Treat patients according to the established plan of care.
• Provide patient care appropriate for a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members to gather and exchange patient condition information.
• Administer standardized speech and language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patients’ progress.

Requirements

• Qualified Speech Language Pathologist (appropriate licensure and certification).
• Experience administering standardized speech/language assessments and conducting swallowing evaluations.
• Experience developing treatment plans and monitoring patient progress.

Skills

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work well with others and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
