PRN Speech Language Pathologist

About the Role

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic and growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after conducting an evaluation. You’ll demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate for a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients using an individualized plan of care.
• Administer standardized speech/language assessments.
• Conduct swallowing evaluations.
• Develop treatment plans and monitor patients' progress.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members to gather and exchange patient condition information.

Qualifications

• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well with others in a collaborative team environment.
• Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting is preferred.
