PRN Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

Qualifications

• Active Indiana NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions
• Current DEA license-REQUIRED
• Ability to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following the clinical hours

Requirements

• Sound medical decision-making skills
• Team player who always puts patients first
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to establish a good rapport with patients
• Able to explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms

• Hours of operation: Monday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM, Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12 PM, Sunday: Closed
• Saturdays are $400 per 4-hour shift, minimum of 2 per month, 3 Saturdays for 5 Saturday week months
• Weekday shifts are $65 per hour
