PRN Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
About the role
The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) applies advanced education and clinical competencies to achieve patient outcomes. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) works on problems of diverse scope and complexity ranging from moderate to substantial. The Nurse Practitioner (VSP) provides health promotion and maintenance through the diagnosis and treatment of acute illness and chronic conditions. Prescribe medication, examine patients, diagnoses illnesses, and provide treatment. Advise executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercise independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job responsibilities and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years experience as an NP in an outpatient primary care or value-based care practice
- Outpatient clinic hours are M-F, 8-5, with availability at least 3 days a week
- 8 or more years of technical experience
- 2 or more years of project leadership experience
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/PA license in the appropriate state
- TB screening required if selected for the role
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters in Science of Nursing /PA
- Availability of at least 3 days a week
Additional Information
You will report directly to the Associate Medical Director and work in an outpatient clinic, 100% onsite, at one of the following locations: CenterWell Seminary, CenterWell Camp Bowie, or CenterWell Arlington.
Pay
The compensation range is $149,800 - $206,100 per year, reflecting a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time employment.
