PRN Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

About the role

SynergenX, leading providers of hormone replacement and targeted wellness services, are seeking fitness-conscious, wellness-oriented medical professionals (PA, APN, APRN, FNP) in connection with a planned expansion of clinical offerings and rapid escalation of remotely managed care options. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, customer service-focused environment, employing proprietary treatment protocols and programs to help change patients' lives.

Mid-Level Providers work in conjunction with a physician medical director and the Center Director to coordinate the care of patients receiving hormone replacement and targeted wellness (such as management of sleep apnea, weight control, hypertension, low libido).

This position will primarily be scheduled as PRN in Illinois. You will float to Hoffman Estates, Westmont, and Burr Ridge.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care in hormone replacement and targeted wellness programs
• Work with a physician medical director and Center Director
• Employ proprietary treatment protocols and programs
• Manage staff and operations at your location
• Explain technical health issues and treatment plans in layman's terms

Requirements

• Active Illinois NP or PA license in good standing without disciplinary actions
• Current DEA license (required)
• Must be able to train Monday-Friday for 10 consecutive days (2 weeks) following clinical hours
• Sound medical decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with patients
• Patient, respectful, and team-oriented with a focus on putting patients first
• Technologically savvy

Qualifications

We are looking for candidates who thrive in a small clinic environment and have a passion for helping patients look and feel great. Experience in hormone replacement therapy and weight management is a plus.

• Tuesday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM
• Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
• Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
