PRN Physical Therapist - Skilled Nursing

What You'll Do

• Restore Independence: Develop and implement individualized treatment goals to improve strength, mobility, balance, and daily living activities.
• Educate & Support: Train patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans, safe mobility techniques, and progress.
• Evaluate & Document: Conduct thorough assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation of each resident's progress.
• Collaborate Effectively: Serve as a key communicator between the clinical team and the patient's support network.

What You'll Need

• Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state.
• Previous experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to advocate for your patients.
