PRN Physical Therapist (PT)

About the role

Lakeshore Manor Nursing & Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team. We offer competitive compensation ranging from $47–$60 per hour depending on experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out patient evaluations and create personalized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises, functional training, and manage pain
• Educate patients and families about the safe use of equipment and exercises
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support resident progress and independence
• Accurately document and bill treatments in a timely manner

Requirements

• Current license in Louisiana or completion of an approved Physical Therapy program
• Experience in post-acute care or similar healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A commitment to collaboration and patient-centered care

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
• Active pursuit of licensure if not yet licensed
