PRN Physical Therapist
About the role
You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care that address each resident's unique needs. By motivating patients during treatment, you will assist them to function optimally while promoting a healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
Responsibilities
- Establish and carry out a comprehensive treatment plan
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers regarding diagnoses, progress, and long-term functional outcomes
Requirements
An active state Physical Therapist PT license is required. Some SNF experience is required.
Qualifications
This is an 'as needed' position, no hours guaranteed. Multiple locations offered, yet optional, for PRN coverage; potential full-time opportunities possible at additional locations.
