Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans.
- Assess residents’ functional abilities and develop/implement treatment programs to improve mobility, strength, and overall quality of life.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are in place for residents.
- Document all treatments and progress notes accurately and timely.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oregon.
- At least two years of recent clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with a diverse population.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
- Experience working with older adults and geriatric populations.

- Knowledge of geriatric assessment and intervention techniques.
