About the role
Tockwotton on the Waterfront in East Providence, RI, is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their dynamic therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents based on assessment findings.
- Perform therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve physical function and mobility.
- Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Document all treatments and progress notes accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Rhode Island.
- At least one year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
