PRN Physical Therapist

The Moravian Village of Bethlehem is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join their dynamic therapy team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents based on physical therapy principles and techniques.
• Assess residents' functional abilities and develop appropriate exercise programs to improve mobility and independence.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to enhance strength, flexibility, and overall health.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans are met.
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers.

Requirements

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapy License.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a long-term care facility.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
