About the role
The Culpeper is a nonprofit, faith-based continuing care retirement community in Culpeper, VA, nestled on nearly 100 scenic acres in the foothills of Virginia’s Blue Ridge Mountains. The community offers a state-of-the-art fitness and rehabilitation center, modern amenities, and a full continuum of care.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a compassionate and resident-centered environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative therapies such as aquatic therapy and non-invasive interventions.
- Participate in ongoing professional development through CORE4+ and Wellness offerings, with company-paid CEUs available.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
- Experience in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
