Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and progress.
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.

Requirements

• A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for working with older adults and promoting their independence and well-being.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
