Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and progress.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new technologies.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Oklahoma.
- A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for working with older adults and promoting their independence and well-being.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current CPR certification.
- Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
