About the role

Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to patients in accordance with their treatment plans.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment programs.
- Document patient progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Requirements
- A current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
- A minimum of one year of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer software, including electronic health records systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
