PRN Physical Therapist

Role Overview

The Physical Therapist 2 provides services to restore function, improve mobility, relieve pain, and prevent disabilities in patients with injuries or diseases. They examine patient history, evaluate physical abilities, develop treatment plans, and make independent decisions based on established guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assessing patient conditions and determining appropriate therapy approaches
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining compliance with licensure, certification, and organizational standards
• Providing patient-centered care with cultural sensitivity and strong communication skills
• Contributing to continuous improvement in patient experience

Qualifications & Skills

• Current active physical therapy license and compliance with licensure standards
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• CPR certification and adherence to safety programs
• Preferred: Doctorate in Physical Therapy and bilingual abilities

Additional Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and clearance for TB screening and ACHA Level II
