PRN Physical Therapist

About the role

Hooverwood Living in Indianapolis, IN, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a PRN Physical Therapist. Schedule: Fridays and weekend coverage.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Document progress notes and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for residents.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Indiana.
• At least one year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).
• Valid CPR certification.
