The Physical Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs for residents in a skilled nursing facility. This role involves working closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality rehabilitative care that promotes functional independence and overall well-being. This position offers flexibility with scheduling and is ideal for those looking to work on an as-needed basis.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
• Previous experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred but not required.
