Responsibilities

• Performing detailed assessments
• Creating tailored treatment plans
• Working side-by-side with a team of healthcare experts to deliver care that's truly patient-centered

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Program
• Current professional licensure as a Physical Therapist or license eligible based on the rules and regulations of the state in which you are applying for role

Pay

$33.29-49.93 per hour

Schedule

PRN - On-Call as needed. Clinic Hours: Monday - Friday 7a-6p with some early mornings and possibly 1 later day a week to accommodate 2nd shift (Flexible hours).
