We are seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to provide compassionate, quality care to long-term care, short-skilled stay residents, and outpatients in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents and outpatients.
  • Collaborate with an experienced and supportive therapy team focused on patient-first care.
  • Work in a team-driven environment where your ideas, skills, and passion are valued.

Requirements

  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed).
  • Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
  • Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new graduates are welcome.

Skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
