Job Summary
The Therapy Department at our skilled nursing facility is looking for a PTA Physical Therapist Assistant to fill a PRN or part-time position. You'll work in our skilled nursing facility providing exceptional, personalized care.
About the Role
You will utilize your experience and judgment to plan and implement therapeutic interventions designed to meet the patients' treatment goals. You will treat through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions. By providing exercise instruction, demonstrating empathy, and documenting treatment outcomes, you will enhance patients' physical abilities and well-being. Our PRN staff will keep patients, families, and staff members well-informed through effective communication.
Responsibilities

- Treat through exercise, massage, gait and balance training, and other therapeutic interventions.
- Provide exercise instruction, demonstrate empathy, and document treatment outcomes.

Requirements
- An active state PTA license is required.
- Some SNF experience is required.
