Penney Retirement Community in Penney Farms, FL, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant. Schedule: Maternity Coverage 4-5 days a week, 5-7 hour days as needed.

Responsibilities

- Assist Physical Therapists in the delivery of physical therapy services. - Perform patient assessments and develop treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic exercises and activities to improve mobility and function. - Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment sessions. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and safety protocols.

Requirements

- Current Florida Physical Therapy Assistant license. - Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy or related field. - Minimum of one year of relevant work experience. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
