PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist

About the Role
As an outpatient pediatric clinician, you will work with children from birth to age twenty-one. Our team is dedicated to treating young patients with individualized, one-on-one attention and customized care plans. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to integrate skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. Responsibilities
- Provide individualized, one-on-one occupational therapy to pediatric patients (birth to age 21).
- Develop and implement customized treatment plans to meet each child’s needs.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care.
- Engage in mentorship, peer-to-peer learning, and professional development opportunities.
- Participate in clinical excellence initiatives, including residency programs and leadership development.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist in New Jersey.
- Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
- Passion for working with pediatric patients and a collaborative team environment.

Pay
Compensation range: $50–65 per hour (actual pay determined by skills, experience, qualifications, and work location).
Schedule
PRN to part-time availability, with preference for evenings and Saturdays.
