PRN Pediatric LPN

About the role

Provide compassionate care to medically fragile pediatric patients in a bright, family-like environment. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, administer medications and therapies safely, and monitor patient progress. Offer education and emotional support to families and caregivers, ensuring a safe, nurturing atmosphere for children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality pediatric care with compassion
• Administer treatments and therapies accurately
• Document patient progress and communicate changes promptly
• Support families through education and emotional assistance
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for children

Qualifications

• Active PA LPN License
• CPR Certification (may be obtained during orientation)
• Clear criminal background check

Pediatric nursing experience is preferred but not required, with training provided if needed.
