About the role
Pediatric Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) providing one-on-one skilled nursing care in a home setting.
Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate pediatric nursing care, including G-tube management and medication administration.
- Monitor and report patient condition changes, follow individualized care plans, and maintain accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with family and clinical team to ensure quality care.
Qualifications & Skills
- Active Ohio LPN license required.
- G-tube and medication administration experience mandatory.
- Preferred pediatric nursing experience and at least 1 year of clinical practice.
- Reliable transportation, strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
- Ability to pass background and drug screening.
- Comfort working around pets is necessary.
