PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR)

About the role

Join our dynamic team as an Occupational Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting. You will evaluate and treat patients following individualized plans of care, ensuring excellent care and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with facility staff to provide high-quality care for patients
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals
• Treat patients, address their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals as needed
• Complete timely and accurate documentation, including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
