PRN Occupational Therapist (OTR)

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking qualified Occupational Therapist candidates to join our dynamic team. As an Occupational Therapist at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will be part of a growing team and will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting following an individualized plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent care for patients
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and family members
• Collaborate with facility staff to ensure excellent care for patients
• Evaluate new patients, develop plans of care, and set measurable, functional goals
• Treat patients, answer their concerns, and educate them on their injury, progress, and probable outcomes
• Re-evaluate patient progress, revise plans of care, and reset goals
• Complete timely and accurate documentation including evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes
• Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
