About the role
Tennessee State Veterans Home in Cleveland, TN is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join their dynamic therapy team.
Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services to veterans in a variety of settings within the facility.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans for veterans.
- Document all patient interactions, progress notes, and treatment sessions accurately and timely.
Requirements
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Tennessee.
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- At least one year of recent, relevant work experience in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
