PRN Occupational Therapist

About the role

The OT Occupational Therapist PRN will work in our skilled nursing facility, providing personalized care to improve functional independence through therapeutic techniques.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans to improve motor skills and daily living activities.
• Assess physical, communication, and cognitive skills to tailor treatment plans.
• Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers about diagnoses and treatment processes.
• Document treatment plans and progress effectively.

Requirements

• An active state OT license is required.
• Some SNF experience is required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
