About the Role

Crossroads Treatment Centers provides outpatient, office-based medication-assisted treatment (MAT) for opioid use disorder, recognized as the gold standard in care. Our clinics operate in Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, North and South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia, serving over 26,500 patients.

Responsibilities

  • Follow policies and procedures to correctly identify patients and administer medication per medical providers' orders.
  • Dispense daily and take-home medication at the dosing window.
  • Coordinate care with clinical and medical staff for continuity of patient care.
  • Maintain and complete accurate patient documentation, including assessing for impairment.
  • Ensure medication count is accurate and completed daily.
  • Follow compliance policies and procedures around documentation practices and expectations.
  • Participate in nursing team meetings and cross-treatment meetings.
  • Connect with patients, offering empathy and support to those struggling with opioid use disorder.

Requirements

  • Licensed Practical or Registered Nurse License issued in the state of practice or a multi-state compact status license.
  • License must be in good standing, unencumbered, and active. Disciplinary actions, if applicable, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • 3+ years of nursing experience is preferred.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills; experience drawing blood on collapsed veins is a plus.
  • Active and current CPR or BLS certification is preferred.

Schedule

Monday–Friday; 4:30 AM–1:00 PM.
