PRN Endocrinologist
About the role
You will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience. In this role you will focus on the endocrine system, including metabolism, growth, and mood. Manage conditions such as diabetes, thyroid disorders, adrenal insufficiency, and reproductive hormone imbalances. You will practice on an as needed basis Mix of in person and tele healthYou will have RN clinical support, partnership with CDEs and RDs Strong Medical Director leadership/supportQuarterly all Endo provider meeting Quarterly medical director & provider check-ins
Responsibilities
Work Schedule: PRNAvg Daily Patient Census: 18-22 patients/dayMust be comfortable with managing controlled substances, chronic/complex/multi conditions and such as diabetesNo Call
Requirements
MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicineResidency training in Internal MedicineBoard certification or eligibility in EndocrinologyActive, unobstructed Nevada medical license, or the ability to obtain one
Qualifications
Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Health’s credentialing process

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience. $7.25 - $999.99
