About the role
Rendevor Dialysis is a family-owned and operated company dedicated to providing excellent medical treatment through talented clinicians. Founded over 30 years ago by a Dialysis RN, we aim to bring thriving on-site dialysis partnerships to healthcare institutions in need.
Responsibilities
- Utilize technical and critical thinking skills to perform and monitor dialysis treatments under RN supervision in a correctional community setting.
- Coordinate schedules to fit availability, with a one-shift-per-month requirement.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP, and clients.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, document findings, and communicate with licensed personnel.
- Administer oxygen, obtain blood samples, and perform routine tests as directed.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, including machine washing, water checks, and supply management.
- Participate in IDT and QAPI committees, and report concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture, adhere to safety protocols, and provide support to colleagues.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Nationally recognized CCHT certification or equivalent
- CPR certification
- One year of clinical dialysis experience
Qualifications
- Strong technical and computer proficiency
- Basic knowledge of renal function and treatment modalities
- Understanding of sterile technique and infection control
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Schedule
