Responsibilities
- Utilize technical and critical thinking skills to perform and monitor dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Coordinate schedules to fit availability while adhering to a one-shift-per-month requirement.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team, including site Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP, and clients.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, document findings, and communicate with licensed personnel.
- Administer oxygen as necessary, obtain blood samples, and perform routine tests.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, participate in unit operations, and assist with inventory management.
- Participate in performance improvement projects, QAPI committees, and continuing education.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Nationally recognized CCHT certification or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- One year of clinical dialysis experience
Qualifications
- Strong technical/computer proficiency with various software applications
- Basic knowledge of renal function and treatment modalities
- Understanding of infection control and sterile techniques
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Pay
Hourly rate: $25.00 - $30.00/Per Hour (Based on documented experience, qualifications, and market data)
Schedule
One shift per month, with shifts operating Monday/Wednesday/Friday at the Lincoln, NE Reception and Treatment Center.
