Responsibilities
- Utilize technical and critical thinking skills to perform and monitor dialysis treatments under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Coordinate schedules to fit availability while adhering to a one-shift-per-month requirement.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Perform thorough patient assessments, document findings, and communicate with licensed personnel.
- Administer oxygen as necessary, prepare and record laboratory reports, and assist with machine maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment, participate in IDT and QAPI committees, and report concerns and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in performance improvement projects, provide suggestions for improvements, and ensure confidentiality of patient and company information.
- Communicate effectively with all staff members and maintain a positive atmosphere.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Nationally recognized CCHT certification or equivalent
- Current CPR certification
- One year of clinical dialysis experience
Qualifications
- Strong technical and computer proficiency
- Basic knowledge of renal function and treatment modalities
- Understanding of sterile technique and infection control procedures
- Ability to communicate effectively in English

Pay
Hourly Rate: $22.00 - $27.00/Per Hour (Based on Documented Experience, Qualifications and Market Data)
Schedule
One shift per month, Monday - Saturday from 5:00 am - 4:30 pm
