PRN Diagnostic Technologist

Outpatient Diagnostic Center of Alabama is seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, compassionate individual who is a strong communicator to join an energetic, patient-focused team as a Diagnostic Technologist in a PRN (as needed) position at our outpatient imaging centers located in Huntsville and/or Madison. Operating hours are 8:00am-4:30pm.

About the role

We are looking for a Diagnostic Technologist who is passionate about patient care and loves interacting with people. Our centers provide consistent, quality, state-of-the-art outpatient imaging services with a deep commitment to customer service and patient care. Services include Open MRI, CT Scan, 3D Mammography, Ultrasound, Bone Density, and X-ray.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures in accordance with ARRT standards and center protocols.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and ensure a positive experience for all patients.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to safety and compliance guidelines.

Requirements

• Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduation from an accredited two-year radiology program.
• Certification by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) in Radiography and current valid registration from ARRT.
• State licensure in the state of practice.
• BLS certification required within 60 days of hire.
