Responsibilities
- Monitor clients throughout detoxification and residential treatment
- Administer medications as ordered by providers
- Monitor withdrawal symptoms and report changes in condition
- Obtain vital signs and complete clinical documentation
- Cookordinate with medical, clinical, and behavioral health teams
- Respond appropriately to medical or psychiatric concerns
- Maintain accurate and timely charting in the EMR
- Support daily nursing operations within the facility
Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin RN or LPN license in good standing
- Previous detox, behavioral health, psychiatric, correctional, or residential experience preferred
- Strong assessment and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- BLS/CPR certification preferred
