Job Responsibilities Directs the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistant in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care and rehab facilityEnsures charting and documentation is completed every shift and in accordance with established policies and proceduresPrepares and administers medications and treatments ordered by the physicianPerforms other nursing duties as assigned by nursing managementCreates and maintains an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environmentAlways exercises courtesy whenever residents, family members, and visitors are present.
