About the role
Windsor Health and Rehabilitation Center is currently searching for a PRN Nurse (LPN/RN). Located at 820 Cottage Street NE, Salem, OR 97301, USA.
Responsibilities
- Supervises nursing care to residents
- Pick up at least 2 shifts per month
- Complies with state and Federal Regulations
- Works Collaboratively with members of the healthcare team
- Maintains standards of professional nursing practice
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current LPN or RN licensure in the state of employment
- Demonstrates knowledge of nursing process, particularly as it relates to geriatric residents, long-term care, and rehabilitation

Pay
On-call/Per Diem Only! LPN: $38-$43/hour RN: $48-$53/hour
