Job Summary
Nuvia Dental Implant Center is seeking a skilled CRNA to join their team in Brookfield, WI. The position offers a PRN schedule with a starting hourly rate of $270, negotiable based on market, and a daily guarantee regardless of hours worked. The position reports to work at 6:30 AM, with surgeries starting at 7 AM. As a 1099 contractor, the CRNA will work autonomously with the oral surgeon.

Requirements
- Two years experience practicing as a CRNA
- One year experience practicing independently as a solo provider
- Recent experience providing general anesthesia
- Proficient in nasal intubations
- Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center
Preferred Experience
- Experience with dental anesthesia
- Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting
Education/Licensure
- Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program
- Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Current state licensure as an APRN
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross ACLS and BLS certification
- Professional malpractice insurance
Duties
- Administer general anesthesia with a nasal intubation for full mouth dental implants in an office-based setting
- Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop, and implement anesthesia plans
- Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines
- Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks
- Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events
- Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment
