About the role

Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing full-arch dental implant center, is seeking a skilled CRNA to join our team in Roseville, CA. We specialize in implants and full-mouth restorations, delivering life-changing procedures with a focus on patient satisfaction and well-being. This is a PRN, 1099-contractor position with a daily guarantee, whether you work or not. Report time is 6:30 AM, with the first surgery starting at 7:00 AM.

Our CRNAs practice with full autonomy in a positive, engaging culture and are respected as leaders in the center. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for those who thrive in an independent, solo-practice environment while partnering with an oral surgeon.

Most importantly, you’ll play a key role in transforming patients’ lives by providing them with a brand-new smile just 24 hours after surgery.

Pay

Hourly rate starts at $235/hour, negotiable based on market.

Responsibilities

  • Administer general anesthesia with nasal intubation for full-mouth dental implants in an office-based setting.
  • Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop, and implement anesthesia plans.
  • Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines.
  • Perform pre-operative assessments and educate patients on anesthesia options and potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses, and any adverse events.
  • Stay current with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications, and equipment.

Success in this role is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every patient. Strong communication with all team members is essential to the success of our centers.

Requirements

  • Two years of experience practicing as a CRNA.
  • One year of experience practicing independently as a solo provider.
  • Recent experience providing general anesthesia.
  • Proficiency in nasal intubations (training available for the right candidate).
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an outpatient facility and/or surgery center.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with dental anesthesia.
  • Experience delivering anesthesia in an office-based setting.

Education & Licensure

  • Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program.
  • Valid certification as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA).
  • Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Current state licensure as an APRN.
  • Current ACLS and BLS certifications from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
